Some dentist charge hundreds of pounds for the polanight and day whitening treatment. I was using polanight and found it takes a long time to achieve the whitening as it’s a gentler formula but left on overnight. Poladay got me the same results after 2-3 15min uses that I would get using polanight for nearly 2 weeks overnight I love it. My dentist created trays like a mouth guard and a few dots of polar day is all that is needed to complete the treatment. Once the whitening is achieved just once or twice a week after will maintain the whiteness depending on food/drink or if smoker .
