When I received this plate I thought it looked a funny colour but though it's not obvious there is a note to say that you must first remove the protective film, then the colour is perfect,
The plate comes with strips of double sided sticky tape but rightly or wrongly I don't trust that, especially in extremes of temperature, so I removed my old broken plate and used it as a template to carefully drill the holes and refit with the old nylon screws and nuts. Now it looks great again
