Whilst I wouldn't call it easy (I ended up with sticky sushi rice everywhere from in my hair to inside my socks!), I did have fun with this kit and found the end results were well worth the effort.

I really do recommend this kit as a starting point if you haven't made sushi before. It comes with the bamboo rolling matt and a mould for making the little rectangular rice treats. All you really need to buy to go with it is vegetables, fish/prawns and cling film.
