It is a rich source of Linoleic Acid and Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) - both Omega-6 and 9 fatty acids. Starflower Oil, also known as Borage Oil, is pressed from the seeds of the Starflower plant. It is also a naturally rich source of GLA, a beneficial omega-6 fatty acid.
