- Can get a bit clumpy if not used within a few months. Normal for this composition though as it's a side effect of high l-citrulline content.
I found this pre-workout a few years ago while I was searching for a high L-Citrulline and caffeine free pre-workout to improve my pump during a workout.
From the very first workout I could feel the increased pump. Overtime I also got accustomed to slightly better performance as my muscles were able to perform at a higher level for longer. These days I can't go without having this (or another flavor of the same brand), I'm borderline addicted!
All of the flavours, while rather artificial, have been quite nice. The Fruit Punch is my favorite, I've also tried the 'Grape Candy' and 'Strawberry Slush'. Fruit candy I believe was the original and only flavour I could find when I first found this pre-workout, and it was quite enjoyable, while the Strawberry slush is my least favourite so far. Don't get me wrong - I still had the entire tub, but have decided to not go for that flavour again.
Comparing this to other brands, I find it really difficult to find pre-workouts that have a good composition (high in L-Citrulline) and have no caffeine, so the competition is sparse. The few ones that I did find, I could not stand the flavour, hence could not finish so I keep coming back to this one.
I have been recommending this to my friends and family (only the ones who workout of course!) and thus I am recommending this to you too.
P.S. You can tell how much I love this pre-workout based on the fact I always order multiple, in fear that this may some day be discontinued.
