Qupzze Cover for Mobility Scooter arrived simply packed in a clear plastic wallet along with a zippered storage pouch.

Cover is of a decent size, 124cm L x 58cm W x 99cm H and easily covers a standard mobility scooter.

Well made from a relatively heavy 420D Oxford fabric with a PU internal coating.

Where this cover excels over similar items is the security strapping and the cover includes a windproof buckle in the middle to securely fasten it coupled with an adjustable elastic band at the bottom to prevent the cover blowing off during windy weather.

Great value for such a well designed cover.

If you are an enthusiastic hobby/home horticulturalist, then anyone who has ever used a grow tent would be immediately familiar with the fabric this is made from. Right down to the silver mylar lining on the inside.

Upon opening and unfolding for the first time, care should be taken when separating the inner because it is all stuck to itself so if you peel away too fast you will remove some of the lining - I've done this on a previous table cover of the same material. This inner is also going to stick to any warm plastics on our scooters. Not so muh of an issue in winter, but when the weather is slightly warm this is an issue most peoplke will start to realise happens. Again, this means taking extra care when remove so as to ensure you do not leave some lining stuck to the scooter - like I did with the table top from inside the other cover I mention.

The inner 'stickiness' is not a deal breaker by any stretch of the imagination but it is the cause of the two star deduction from the review score, because, a disabled person should not need to be stooping or bending/kneeling to unpeel a cover from a mobility scooter in warmer weather. Of all outdoor items we cover, a mobility scooter needs to be the easiest to use and remove and should NOT be hindered by anything likely to cause damage to te cover or scooter. A sticky inner is a big NO for a disabled person to use.

With the above fully clarified and despite awarding a three-star score because of the above issues, I DO RECOMMEND this cover if one manages to solve the stickiness oneself. The cover fits nice and snugly around my Invacare with no need for any of it to be draped or hanging on the ground thanks to an elasticated bottom and clip-lock straps. Front and rear are easily identifiable because the sides have some hi-vis fluoro-yellow piping around handle holds, helping to quickly identify orientation for the cover - front and rear are mirror images so it doesn't matter which way around it goes.

Prior to this I was adapting BBQ covers etc and was forever collecting snails and slugs in wet weather (creatures I dislike touching unexpectedly or treading on), something I now - thankfully - will not have to do and creatures I'll see less of on my scooter, hopefully.

If your disability would make it harder for you to uncover the scooter on a hot day when the cover will stick to every plastic fairing piece it touches, then you should consider one with a more fabic-like interior. If you can live with unpeeling and the piotential for pieces of inner lining to come away does not bother you, then, like me, you'll make allowances but wish it was £10 instead of £20.

A very robust, well made cover for a mobility scooter. I was a little worried about the fit, but it fits my friend's scooter perfectly. It is strong and easy to fit. There are also reflective panels for visibility if the scooter is left on the road or outside a shop. I also like the fact that you can buckle it down against the wind.

Overall, a very good quality mobility scooter cover, and for the asking price, good value for money.

This is a great mobility scooter cover. I use it for when I am away from home and my scooter has to stay outside. It gives the scooter good protection from the elements and the reflective straps alert others to it being there. It’s easy to use and I particularly like the straps and crocodile clips that help keep the cover in place. It comes in a very useful compact zipper bag made of the same material. The construction and stitching is very good. It’s very durable and robust. It’s more suited for the boot scooter or medium sized scooter.

For £20 you can keep your scooter outside and dry. An easy fit with straps underneath to keep it windproof...Just remember to remove the battery overnight!
