The media could not be loaded.

I got this for the £33 price which for three additional sensors is well worth it. All three have LCD displays showing temp and humidity. I have one outside, the 2nd in the fridge and the third in the freezer. Reception does not seem to be an issue. The Radio clock is an advantage and took around five minutes to get the signal. I had a connection issue with sensors 2 and 3, but took out the batteries of number 2, pressed the set on the main unit for 2, then the TX on sensor 2 and five minutes later, both 2 and three were working. I have the display on permanently at the moment while I get familiar with the temps, but you can take it all the way down to dark with the "light" button to illuminate the display for around five seconds when you need to see it. It has two alarms I haven't used, but no temperature alarms, but it is £30, so heigh-ho.
I chose this model as liked the display and found it easy to read at a quick glance. The graphics for the Barometric pressures are perhaps not that accurate as when it stopped raining the graphics didn't stop, but earlier it said cloudy with sun which was correct. I would guess that they are linked with the actual range of 950-1050 and perhaps show graphics based on a pattern, rather than any special science. Overall, I am happy as £33 quid seems cheap for four thermometers (there is also one in the unit showing indoor temperature) and colourful graphics. And a radio-controlled clock with alarms. I have it plugged into the mains and have the battery backup installed. You need 2 AA batteries for each device, so eight in total.

Does exactly what is says on the tin. The display is easy to read and not too cluttered with techie weather details. Colour makes it easy to distinguish your various sensors. I have been using the main console on battery only - so far so good. Having used previous models of weather station, I think this example is good value for money.

I bought this so I could check the temperature outside and keep an eye on the temperature in different parts of the house.
I read the reviews and saw it had some good reviews for outside distance, so I bought it.
I followed the instructions and put one in my garden but it wouldn't work.
No signal.
I moved it onto my patio and still no signal.
I put it right next to my patio door and the signal was fine untill I closed my door and the signal was lost. When I opened my door it found the signal again.
I have tried it on all 3 channels and it just won't work outside.
The screen even says "outdoor 1" " outdoor 2" and "outdoor 3" yet it won't actually work outdoors/through walls.
If I could give it 0 stars I would.
If youre buying this to keep an eye on the temperature outside this winter, don't bother unless you're planning to keep your doors wide open so you can get a signal!

I find the weather station is fine. Reasonably well made and not bad looking.
I do find it frustrating however that with all their money and with selling huge volumes of stuff, the Chinese manufacturers can't find someone to write their instruction booklets for them in a legible and understandable language.
I'm pretty good with this type of tech product and already have something similar which works fine but the remote sensor packed up working. I'd hoped that the spare sensors that come with this might have worked with my old machine but they don't.
I'm quite satisfied with the unit but the setup instructions leave a lot to be desired. For instance, nowhere in the instructions does it say whether the outside sensors, which have several holes in them, are waterproof and can safely be used in the open air.
I spent over an hour setting it up using the manual, I could have done it in ten minutes and there are still questions on the functions that I would like to know the answers to. Its really probably 3.5* but if will have to be 3*.
