The manufactor miss advertising but in a way that is damaging to themseves rather than the customer. This device is excellent on Windows 10 machines as the driver would be standarised. SD Readers are no longer standard on computers. Making laptops probably their protental biggest market.

This work computers running Linux and BSD which makes this reader universal.

To say and limit your advertising to only phones when the protental market it much higher is self-harming in a business sense. Someone in this company is not doing their job correctly which is ultermately going to affect their bottomline.

In otherwords, do buy this SD reader regardless of your operation system. The driver are standised so it should work on anything. The manufactor is unknown but I will say to them, give me a job if you want to increase your profits, it will take me 10 mins of my time.

Tried it with the old phone to see if the phone was the issue and now it wouldn't detect either. Tried it in a PC and no luck. Tried with a different SD card that 100% worked and no luck.
