Decided to give this hose a try with my original hose snapping on one end.

After using this hose once, I thought it was perfect. Since doing a couple of hoovers, I have since noticed that this hose is not entirely perfect. It screws onto the hoover absolutely perfect. The other end which attaches to the metal pole is a little shorter than the original (you can see the markings of where the original hose used to reach) so I’ve found that the metal pole is not as secure as my original hose was. I find that really pushing the plastic onto the metal pole is perfectly fine however, I imagine this is going to break the plastic on the hose in the future so, I’m not confident about the longevity of this product. Also, I think a few people might struggle at applying enough strength.

While it’s attached to my hoover, the suction has been perfectly fine. No issues there. And the actual hose is around the same length as my original hose from one end to the other so hoovering around a room is nice and easy.

Unfortunately because I feel this product is not going to last very long and I think people who don’t have the most strength in their hands will really struggle with this product, I have marked my review down accordingly.

I think this product is priced fairly but I wish I had paid a little more for a better version now.
