    I had lost our fire remote a long time ago and so have just been using the normal TV remote which gets tedious. This replacement is great. So easy to use. The only thing that's wrong is when you press up or down on the volume, it tends to go up by 4 instead of one.

    While ordering this, I am certain it said universal and mentioned Hisense TV, but it seems to have changed.
    Nevertheless, it did not work for my Hisense TV. The remote control itself feels and looks good, but it is, at least for me- as useless as the instructions it came with.
    I am afraid I cannot recommend this.
