Knife for left handers. Serrated edge is on the right side so tends to drive knife of to the right. You can cut cheese with the block on the right, but if you are right handed you cannot secure the block of cheese with your other (left) hand.
Beautiful quality knife, easy to clean and cuts very well. But you’ll need to secure your block of cheese with something other than your left hand.

However, the bevel is on the left-hand side of the knife which means that to cut straight pieces of cheese you have to use your left hand.
