This stove burns really cleanly,no visible smoke when burning dry wood,it's very controllable and has a pleasant flame picture,when mine arrived the clips that hold the glass in place where in the wrong way round but that was a easy fix,so if your looking for a budget stove this is as good as it gets for the money,the thing that sets this apart from most budget options the air wash is long path and pre heated meaning the glass will stay very clean, its more of a 3kw stove than a 4 but for its size it gives good heat to the room,you obviously need to use smaller logs and when refuelling this stove will burn best refuelling with 2 small split logs rather than 1 large log
