Product description

The hidden secret to perfect pizza is to cook evenly. This aluminum pizza paddle will help you rotate the pizza in multiple times easily and accurately.

Perforated head features a thinly milled edge that makes it easier to slide the peel under pizza. Perforation reduce friction and allows for excess flour to fall off easily, keeping your oven clean while preventing smoke and bitter tasting crust.

It's incredible strength prevents warping and subdues heat from transferring pizza and baked goods to and from an oven/grill.

INSTRUCTIONS ON USE:
1. Prior to use, sprinkle with cornmeal, wheat bran, or flour to prevent sticking.
2. Do not slice the pizza directly on the pizza peel. Otherwise it may leave scratches on the peel.

Care Instructions
1.Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers.
2.Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Scrap off any excess food or crumbs from the peel using a soft sponge. Dry immediately.
3.Not dishwasher safe.
