New to being a cat mom, I have tried a few different litters and wasn’t blown away by any. I came across this and was surprised it was so affordable for the brand. It doesn’t smell like aloe vera to me personally, it’s actually much nicer. Even though the bag is on the smaller side it lasts me about a month which seems to be enough for my kitten. I don’t think any litter can completely conceal the farm smells but this does a pretty good job. I’ve also noticed that this litter doesn’t trail around the house like the other stuff, which I’d notice due to its pinkish colour. Big fan!

I like this brand. My only criticism would be it doesn't clump urine but still. Easy to remove faeces, but the scent doesn't die down until its dried/removed (takes about 30 mins, depending where you situate your litter box). The urine doesn't seem to dry out though, which my cat doesn't like (he prefers a dry litter box) so I remove solids and top up over urine. After 3 days I change the litter. I soon know its time because my cat refuses to use it! and wants to go outside more frequently.The 7 day odour control does last, providing you remove solids and top up over damp patches in the duration. I think each individual cat will have his/her own preferences. Most important is comfort (for their paws) and the scent. Otherwise their paws will sting and they will be breathing in toxic chemicals (more apparent if their litter box is lidded).

Don’t get me wrong I really like this as it’s really good, I ordered one to try & it’s brilliant for odour control, a bag is just enough for 1 tray of litter, it doesn’t last 7 as stated, so I’ve had to order more, I did a subscription after the first bag even though it didn’t last 7 days as I like the odour control, it’s the first of November and my next order would have been the 29th of November, I only have 2 of my subscription bags left (4 bags a month) and have had to buy more. So this is going to work out so expensive, I only have a kitten of 10 weeks so I’m afraid as much as it controls odour, it’s far too expensive, and I seriously need the odour control as he’s still being introduced to my other cats so he’s in my bedroom so odour control is a must 100%. So I’m going to have to give a few other odour control litters a shot and hope for the best 😔, I’ve taken off a couple of stars due to the bag lasting less than 7 days, and one bag only being enough for one tray.

Smell is so overpowering that we could smell it in other rooms and my bedroom still smells 3 days after removing the litter even with the window open, to the point where I am having to sleep in the lounge. It is not even a particularly nice smell and it is way too strong. Also, it doesn’t clump- which it might have said on the packet- but for me this makes it even more pointless as the urine gets dispersed throughout the tray so you can’t just remove the soiled part.

As the brand says - they do know what they are talking about and have addressed most issues we have with cat litter. The scent is not overwhelming as I've encountered with some scented products, and texture seems softer/nicer? and my fussy-litter-cat did not blink before using it. Una delle caratteristiche che mi ha subito convinto di questa lettiera è il suo *eccellente controllo degli odori*.
