I ordered this flower press to add to my crafting stocks to make pressed flowers for personalised cards.
This contains everything needed to start pressing flowers; 2 wooden press plates, 10 sheets of cardboard, 20 sheets of blotting paper, needle, tweezers, scissors, craft knife & a storage bag. There are instructions but if you haven't pressed flowers before then I would suggest that you have a look online to see how it is done in case it's not as clear as you need. The tools are basic but this is essentially a basic general all round kit for crafting. Don't try to press too many flowers all at once as they won't be able to dry out properly & they will go mouldy. The storage bag is for use when you are not pressing flowers; if you put your press in the bag whilst it has flowers in it then it will go mouldy as you won't have any air flow & you'll create a humid atmosphere. I was surprised by some of the reviews stating that they didn't have screws included as I got everything I needed so if that happens to you then I'd suggest you contact the seller for the missing parts.
If you want to press something precious, like wedding flowers then I wouldn't recommend you use this press; invest in something more professional or pay for them to be preserved by a company that specialises in that type of thing. You can't expect to pay £24 for a press & end up with the same result as a professional company that charges a couple of hundred pounds.
Overall I'd recommend it for a bit of DIY card making & crafting & my friend has currently 'borrowed' mine so I suspect I won't be getting it back!

This flower press is nicely made and the wooden boards are nicely finished. It came with cardboard and blotting paper inserts which are 16.5x25cm so the usable area is fair bit smaller than the actual press, 4 long bolts which give plenty of space for the bulk of flowers added, wing nuts and a spare and washers as well as some small scissors. Tweezers, a retractable knife and a multi pronged too and a canvas bag. Unfortunately the tools are a bit on the cheap side and not very usable. The included instructions are quite basic but adequate for a beginner to get started.
I’ve used flower pressed for years and this is a nice one and works just as expected.
