I bought this to scan my collection of 35mm colour slides. I found that:
1) there are 4 rubber feet on the base. It wobbles!
2) the slides fit snugly in the holder so no room for manoeuvre. Despite that the scan is shifted up andcuts off the top.
3) the scans are dreadful quality. I used the amusingly named 22Mb setting. Resultant images were 2-3Mb. I could have got sharper results holding them up to the light and taking a photo with my phone...

Very easy to set up and use. Works best with well lit outdoor shots. I scanned at 14mb as I don’t like upscaling as you are not improving the quality, I intend to work on the scans in Photoshop.

Using 35 year negs which were probably processed by Boots and have deteriorated in the loft is not the best test for quality but it does the job.

Easy to use, producing excellent sharp images across all formats, colour slides & both colour & b&w negatives. The only frustration is that the 135 slide tray doesn't like the thicker mounts such as AGFA & rarely inserts the first time & needs a bit of coaxing & patience. No problems with the thinner slides such as Fuji & Kodak. Having said that, I have still managed to scan every AGFA slide in the end. Overall, I am pleased with this scanner as the quality of the images is the most important thing.

The box is plastic and lightweight. The cable is very short and I had to use an extension lead. Once I had got used to it, scanning slides was relatively quick. But the results were poor. The colours were awful, even after playing around with the different settings. And the sharpness/focus was also poor. Sadly I requested a refund as it wasn't giving good results.

I bought the product to transfer and digitise just over one hundred slides. the quality of the scanner is sketchy and doesn't look and feel like something costing over eighty pounds, but in its defence it did the job, the slide carrier is poor and very fiddly getting it in to the carrier
Ive not used on negatives etc so cant comment, just remember when scanning all slides need to go in on landscape as it doesn't accommodate portrait slides. The only improvement I would have made was for the converted slides to go straight to your PC rather than SD card, maybe it does?
