I wouldn't agree with seller's description "top high quality" but they are good enough and for the price you can't go wrong. Not chinese as you might expect but american. Ideal for removing paint spots from glass. The blade holder is a bit stiff to operate and will benefit from a smear of grease on the blade holder. Potentially highly dangerous lethal tool, the razor blade has to be manually retracted and you certainly don't want this left lying around. Having said that I'm quite happy and bought a second one. Just treat it with respect.
