I haven't suffered since day 3 of starting taking these so very effective. Small round tablets are a similar size to a paracemol and easy to swallow. A fresh, minty taste.

I like this product as it's milder tasting than the peppermint variety. It leaves a slightly odd after taste but I think that's probably the active ingredients that do that. I have IBS and acid reflux but most indigestion remedies contain artificial sweeteners, which are a big trigger of IBS for me. This product doesn't have sweeteners except sugar so I was really glad to find it. Tastes like spearmint polos. Good for settling excess acid in a hurry.

They help pass the wind.
