Place it in the freezer at least for 2 hours and keep it flatten. If you want better treatment, but pack can keep flexible and pliable to be handled, you can keep the pack just in state of liquid not fully frozen. Also please do not use ice pack to treat your body directly without pouch or any other covers. For heat application, you can put it into the container full of boiled water for 10 minutes. According to fold it so that the cold pack can be covered by hot water. Then also you can place it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. If it is not enough hot for you, you can heat it for another 10 seconds. However, the heating time must be based on 700w level. And do not overheating. Overheating will cause pack burst. Finally, please keep yourself from overheat.

WORLD-BIO Ice Pack Sheets are reusable, flexible, and easy to use. Just soak them in water, freeze, and use. They ship and store flat.

  • The ice sheets have a thin backing on one side, and soft cloth on the other to provide comfort.
  • Each pack measures 4.3 x 3.1 inch, 3.5 Ounce after absorbing water. Each order contains 20 packs.
  • The packs will stay frozen outside of a cooler for up to 2 hours, way longer than ice, way longer than traditional gel packs. Meets your cooling needs without causing drips, leaks and wetness.
  • They provide cooling without becoming wet (they stay moist but never wet) so you can keep them on as long as necessary. They also don't drip like ice so they don't mix with the food or soak the product needing refrigeration.

Using Method

  1. Soak fully in water about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Take out from water, rest for 1-2 minutes before freezing.
  3. Dry the extra water on the surface. Freeze at least 6 hours.
