This is a particularly difficult thing to review, as there are quite a few claims made.
For sure these contain a lot of ingredients commonly seen in herbal sleep remedies, and some of them like valerian root have had some studies suggesting they might help sleep. Personally I really struggle with sleep for a variety of reasons, and I can't say these have had a huge impact, but I do feel like some of the components of this seem to make me feel more relaxed at least, and I think the sleep I have managed feels better. Obviously your mileage may vary, but I think there's some reasonable expectation that some of the supplements in this can help sleep.
I don't know much about the weight loss or fat burning aspects of this, so can't comment too much. I haven't gained or lost any weight, but I'm not actively trying to and I feel like things like this, if they were to help, should help in addition to other more active attempts to lose weight.
At least for sleep I can feel them pulling me in the right direction though, so I can't rate these low as I can see them having impact on people that don't have insomnia as bad as I have had.
