This is a health supplement that gives milk thistle oil and a load of omegas.
Milk thistle has proven qualities for helping to maintain and repair your liver, as well as helping with over indulgence. I typically take these for a few days after a heavy session to help my body recover. Omega 3/6/9 is also known as healthy fats and provide multiple benefits for the body.
As with all supplements, results will vary person to person.
Price wise, these are pretty good actually. Weird quantity as you get 40 servings per bottle, so a month and a bit if taken daily. You do have to take 5 of these per day, which is a daft number, especially if you are already taking other supplements as well. On the flip side, they have made them very small so they are easy to swallow. Personally I'd have had them at least twice the size with half the amount to take.

This is a good product on many levels. From Siberian Green, these tiny capsules are easy to take, pure, effective and represent great value for money. I have noticed a detoxing element to my digestion when taking these regularly, and they were particularly effective after an over-indulgent Christmas. The capsules are made from wild harvested, Siberia Altal cold pressed milk thistle. The غ page is informative. 5 stars.

These softgels come packaged in a small plastic bottle which contains the tiny little softgels inside. The softgels are jewel like in appearance with a perfectly spherical shape of tiny proportions with a golden oil inside. They are extremely easy to swallowThe softgels are extremely small hence the high number per serving (5 softgels per serving) but even though there are so many they are still easy to take considering they are so small. There are 200 softgels which give you a 40 days supply. The softgels are wrapped in a non vegan friendly bovine gelatin shell.

40 servings in small capsules with oil. I actually like that they are easy to swallow, tiny and this oil format is amazing. Milk Thistle might help with with my digestion. I have it after dinner and I sleep well. This is also brand I trust. I bought some of their supplements before and I have always found them very good.

Easy to use and swallow. The capsules are small and oil filled. There is no taste or aftertaste following taking. I have been less bloated after taking these capsules. top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again

There is a just over a months supply in this bottle, if you take them as recommended at 5 capsules a day.

These are the ingredients I was looking for. After taking milk thistle my liver function results has improved. I also take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take tradition medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night.
These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing. Additionally, I prefer supplements and vitamins made and manufactured in the USA.

When it comes to supplements, I do not comment on the efficacy as that's always subjective and this can be seen with reviews across the map. I however am taking this at the direction of one of my specialists.
What I do review on in quality of packaging, easy in taking the supplement, and if there were any negative affects for me (gut not liking it, etc.)
With this supplement it is very well packaged and the soft gels are small in size, similar to garlic supplements. There was a slight unpleasant smell, but not so strong to be a deal breaker, and not so bad with just a single pill. They are easy to take and for me no nastiness in the form of icky burps or stomach discomfort.
Definitely one to try out if you need a milk thistle supplement. Definitely more doable than the liquid form.
