I keep a customised 360 controller around to use on my Macbook and Gaming Laptop when a keyboard is too much hassle for a game. For once, I wore out the thumbstick grips before destroying the controller, so I tried these.

Without using any glue, they just sit on top of the thumbstick (with the old remains of the original rubber caps scraped off). They feel loose but stay on while gaming which makes them just great, and the grip they provide is excellent.

They do tend to fall off when I'm moving the controller around rather than using it, so it would have been even better if these came with a couple of adhesive pads or a pack of glue.

If you're looking for an easy replacement, and don't tend to carry your controller around much, then these are great.
