Someone I have great respect and regard for suggested I try some GINGKO BILOBA (The Full Homeopathic Name) as I had suffered from some trauma a while ago, which left me NOT being able to recollect/remember things properly.
I did some research on the GINGKO BILOBA VEGETABLE CAPSULES and noted that they came in lots of different dosages (60mg, 1000mg, 3000mg and 6000mg JUST TO NAME A FEW!).
On Further Investigation, it appeared that the 60mg Tablet Variation would be most suited to me , with little or hardly any side effects.
I decided to go for the SOLGAR GINGKO 60 VEGETABLE TABLETS, which are of the 60mg Variety and have 60 tablets in the bottle.
I find the tablets easy-to-swallow, ALTHOUGH I MUST STRESS that the size of the tablets are roughly that of standard PARACETAMOL/HEADACHE TABLETS I.E. 18mm by 6mm or 0.70inches by 0.24inches, which some people might find “hard to swallow”. Pardon the pun.
However, some people find that having the tablet with a piece of bread or a biscuit combined with a drink makes it easy for them to swallow the tablet. Although I personally haven’t had any issues with the size of the tablet or swallowing the tablet.
I was very wary and sceptical taking this homeopathic remedy, as in the past I’ve found that sometimes taking homeopathic remedies had a positive impact/effect on me, and at other times no benefits to me whatsoever.
I have been taking the SOLGAR GINGKO 60 TABLETS now for almost two weeks, taking it in the morning with my breakfast OR a little bit later on in the day WHEN I do forget to take it in the morning.
Over the last couple of days, I seem to be a little bit more alert and DO NOT APPEAR to “go blank” WHEN I AM ASKED TO TAKE IN MORE THAN TWO SETS OF INFORMATION AT ONCE.
So perhaps it is BEGINNING TO AID AND ENCOURAGE BETTER BLOOD CIRCULATION ALL ROUND MY BODY AND MY BRAIN.
I do like it and as some people have noted, it does not appear to leave a funny aftertaste in one’s mouth. The only mild side effect I seem to have is that I need to go to the bathroom more often to do a “Wee” i.e. a Number One.
BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR, I DO LIKE IT. I have therefore taken out AN AMAZON SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE “SOLGAR GINGKO 60” TABLETS to be delivered to me every two months i.e. every 60 days.
