I'm pleasantly surprised at the sound quality of this Soundbar. It is a marked improvement over the, also budget but more expensive, TaoTronics unit it replaced. The TT unit failed due to external factors, so cannot be criticised in that respect. But back to this unit, OK the top controls are somewhat cheap and the voice prompts rather funky. But optically connected to my kitchen/diner 32" TV I cannot fault the sound output for around £30. It might not cut the mustard as the centre piece of a home cinema system but for what I need it to do it performs just fine.

Fantastic to. 50” RCA Tiven QLed to. Amazing picture! Only crit is that fast movement on screen is a little blurred and black shading a little black without shading. It boasts clear fast movement but this suffers slightly. Easy to set up and really for a sub £300 pounds to it’s amazing. It’s a Samsung to as controls and software are definitely Samsung! It’s really brilliant! For gaming the fast moving slight blur may be an issue but goodness sake it’s on par with all Samsung tvs as it’s made by them! Maybe just two year old rec resold by them to lesser brands! Truly worth the money and it delivers on the 4k uhd! You’d be a fool to spend more for no reason. The features are amazing! It’s not a £3000 tv but really the difference is negligible! Don’t be put off with the cheaper price! It’s amazing, easy to work, easy to set up and the picture is amazing. Just didn’t like the way it advertised no blur technology when it does blur with fast camera action! Still, sky Q is only broadcast at 2000pi so it’s the best you’ll get at this power and clarity! Do NOT look past this tv! Delivery took two days as promised and arrived early the day stated! The only complaint is that blur in fast moving screen action which does effect Call of duty mw3. Don’t waste your money on a more expensive equivalent!!! Amazing

All functions work great, I just connect to tv with Bluetooth as I’m a normal human lol! My tv has a setting to sync voice and I had to do that in sound settings. But LISTEN!!!!!!!!!! I have another in my main room miles ahead of this crap, The LG one sold on here for £109-120 and it’s waaayyy ahead so if you can afford even another £30 on top then for god sake do it!!!!!!! For the purposes I needed this it’s perfect! Not a main living room cinema effect, to fix crappy built in speaker problem it’s perfect!!! Or a gift for your student kid, or your 70yr old mum yes!!

3. HDMI did not work (no sound) with my Sony TV, I am going to try it with another TV but I am not expecting it to work.
The optical and HDMI connections were my main reason for buying and they are unusable so I will send it back.

Bought this last year. It's been OK. Easy to set up. I've used it on my TV with the optical cable supplied. The sound difference to my TV is not that great, but it's easier just to turn the sound bar on instead of messing with the sound equalizer settings on the TV. Anyway, it comes with a 12-month warranty. After 13 months, it had a fit and started buzzing uncontrollably. So I unplugged it from the mains and set it up again, and it was fine. For a week. Today it won't power on at all.
