I bought this before my Portal even arrived, along with the screen protector and protective cover both from Spigen.

This case isn’t small, but neither is the Portal. I feel like this could fall down a rather large flight of stairs and the person at the bottom could pick up and play it unscathed.

It’s meaty, it’s well made, and it’s stylish, the zips feel well made, there are compartments for cables or whatever else you may want to travel with.

I would recommend this to any Portal owner who is likely to travel with one.

I've seen some comments about this case being a bit too big for the portal itself. I have the Spigen slim case around my portal and it fits fine in the case with no sliding about. Plenty of space inside for cables etc and it's tough on the outside. All in all, a good case.

One minor issue, is the smell it's giving off. Smells like it's been smoke damaged. Doesn't detract from what the case is actually for but it is strange.

Reading some of the reviews above - the smell of this thing is insane. Not sure if it’s the plastics or whatever but deary me.

The case is pretty tough on the exterior which is great, the cover that goes over the screen inside is soft and protective, but the Portal can I’ve about quite freely from left to right and up and down even though the case is shaped for it.

Not sure if this will be a problem tbh but though it would have been a bit more “held” while transporting it around. The little compartments are cool though

I like Spigen products and their PlayStation Portal case is excellent. The case itself is nicely made and hard enough outside to protect your Portal from damage. Interior has lots of space for extras and looks easy to keep clean. There’s a microfibre pad built into the lid that protects your screen while also offering another place underneath to store extras. The inside of the case is molded to fit the Portal controller and sticks, so it fits nicely, but it’s worth noting that there are no straps inside the case to hold the Portal in place, so it will move around a little bit when the case is closed. Not a big deal, but if that matters then this may not be the case for you.

Overall excellent quality and durability and a good option when compared against the slightly cheaper off-brand offerings.
