I am someone that loves to read a review before purchasing but rarely finds much that warrants writing one. This Golden Ale deserves a special mention as being 'hands down the best home brew ever experienced'.

We got the whole brew kit as a gift over a year before actually getting round to making it and expectations were reasonably low. Even before reaching its best in a couple of months it was raved about by family and friends while the speckled hen and IPA sat unopened.

We are now onto the refills which means superb quality beer at a fraction of the cost.

Rivals any decent brand ale and dispels all past bad memories of drinking the neighbours' warm, weak and yeasty home beer.

Highly recommend!
