These capsules arrived promptly in a plastic pot. They are large capsules that are easy to swallow. Starflower is a source of gamma-linolenic acid and omega 6. My partner originally starting taking omega 3 as a result of a recommendation by a doctor when investigating breast pain. The doctor suggested evening primrose oil and gave a recommended dosage of GLA and when my partner did some research she discovered that starflower or borage oil as it is also known contained higher levels of GLA. She has been using the product for a number of years now, albeit at a lower dosage than originally recommended as, once the symptoms were under control she is on more of a maintenance level.

Don’t buy these if you want 1000mg dose tablets. Although they say this on the packaging 2 tablets make up 1000mg so you are only getting 90 days dose not 180 days. This should be illegal to miss sell in this way

I've been taking starflower oil for some time now so was eager to give this brand a try as I was impressed by the amount of tablets you get per pack for the price.

The bottle is a good size and the tablets are very easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste . It says to take 1 or 2 a day, and I've been taking 1 a day with good results so far. I use starflower oil to help with PMT and I've noticed a reduction in my normal symptoms of irratibility , breast pain and mood swings so will carry on taking them! Impressed with this brand!
