Had to look around at reviews to determine if it came with Thermal Paste (it does, it's pre-applied), delivery was next day (on a Sunday at that, thanks Prime!), removing the old and installing the new took around 15 mins, but i do have some experience with PC building so a novice may need a YouTube guide. Note you will need a medium head size Phillips screwdriver.

It's keeping my CPU under 76 C even when gaming and the fan is so quiet i can't hear it at all, or at least over my GPU fans haha.

Hopefully lasts longer than the non-stock fan it replaced that died after only 15 months and was significantly louder.
