Does the job well to extend the length of my tumble dryer condensate drain

The condensate pipe drain on my Miele tumble dryer was slightly too short, and it was difficult to know which pipes and connectors to buy. I bought this along with the 10mm version to see which fit - they both do but I went with the 8mm one since the 10mm one seemed too tight and I couldn't push it all the way in. It does the job and connects the pipe to the extension hose I bought (also from ��غ��: CERTIFIED Condenser Tumble Dryer Pump Water Tank Drain Outelt Hose Pipe For Beko 1.6M). No leaks and it drains nicely.

I bought these to repair a leak in the diesel lines of my car. In order to make them fit I had to warm the pipe with hot water and a heat gun. The pipe was a very tight fit and sealed perfectly on these fittings.
They are a part for a professional finish, as they needed to pass the MOT Test.
If I need any more in future I would buy these. One point is to measure the internal diameter of the pipe as there are many different sizes.
