Love how easy the product is to use. Two to four capsules daily. Take capsules with water after food for maximum absorption. The bottle contains 60capsules. That means it will last 30 days if you take 2per day . Or 15 days if you gonna take 4 per day.

It’s been helping to curve my appetite and gives me more energy without the crashes.
.Before I started taking I was not getting positive ketosis sticks ( not negative but not in ketosis either ) but as soon as I started this I was in the positive and ketosis the next day. So I do believe it has helped me. These pills are not small so someone who doesn’t like taking pills may have a hard time with them. It states you can add it to your coffee as well but I have not done that yet. No after taste of smell. They a bit stick to each other in bottle.
They are suitable for, Vegan, Vegetarian and Halal diets. Gluten and Gelatin free.
No peanut,dairy,yeast,GMO,preservatives,soya
Non animal tested.

These are MCT oil capsules for keto type diets.
Capsules are a bit less messy than pouring from the bottle and having it get sticky around the edge.
Swallow them or break them open into your coffee at work .
These are the squashy kind of capsule, not the solid kind so are easy to get down.
You are advised to take between 2 and 4 a day.
I did break one open to see what was in it as it didnt feel like other oil filled capsules I have used, much softer.
Inside is coconut oil . Its 22 degrees C in the room at time of investigation and the oil is white and a bit granular looking like coconut oil from a jar .
The outer casing tastes sweet, not sugary but definitely there is a sweetness to it.
The inner tastes of coconut.
Adding the contents of two to my coffee made for a very cocnutty drink.
If you dont fancy a coconutty coffee you are better off swallowing the capsules whole.
The ingredients are
Virgin coconut oil ( that explains the coconutty taste as the oil is not refined to remove it).
Corn Starch
Glycerol BP ( Vegetarian sourced)
Carrageenan
Sodium Carbonate anhydrous
Titanium oxide

They are suitable for
Vegan, Vegetarian and Halal diets
Gluten and Gelatin free
No peanut,dairy,yeast,GMO, preservatives,soya

So apparently those early morning wake-ups where you lay there with your mind racing are due to your body needing more energy to perform the nightly clean-up operations, and if the main fuel runs out it turns to cortisol and adrenalin. So we had heard that one trick is to have about 1/2 tsp of MCT before bed and it provides the energy needed to keep you from producing those stimulating substances. It has had some effect-- I still awaken, but instead of my mind racing I can just relax and drift back off to sleep. The capsules are just the right size for this purpose.

I have been taking MCT oil for over a year now as part of a keto plan. I was diagnosed pre-diabetic (Type 2). These are excellent capsules which need to be swallowed, not chewed. They are vegan and made from virgin coconut oil. Not tested on animals. Made in the UK. The capsules are highly concentrated with 1000mg MCT. Well priced.

Am a big fan of MCT oil in both pure oil form and in caps/softgels like these ones here and hopefully if you're looking at these softgel version you're already very aware of what it does and the pros and cons and recommendations about this and how much to use and how often to use it responsibly. I generally prefer the pure oil as If it's a great extra kick in a coffee or pre-workout drink or just to keep hunger levels down if your engaging with intermittent dieting plus it's pretty much tasteless and scentless and barely alters the consistency of what you add it to (depending on the volume) and as mentioned it does help curb hunger too, but starting to go back to work now this isn't always practical as far as taking oil/a bottle with you if you like to take at work/throughout the day and I also like to take a softgel at night when I'm not drinking coffee to add the oil to so these are really handy and work very well so would recommend as good value too.
