I love my Kitchenaid and regularly use my dough hook, so am delighted to have a spare one. This fits well and the fact that it is stainless steel rather than white coated like the original is a plus as there is nothing to chip. Absolutely delighted with this - and much more reasonably priced than the original.

This is a steel dough hook that feels solid and is a high quality. It does not have the white covering that is on the original hook. This is good because after a while, it chips off. This hook is just steel and slides on very easily into place. It is easier to put on the mixer than the original one. This hook performs the same as the original. A great price and very pleased with it.

The dough hook comes boxed together with a storage holder. The storage holder can be screw fixed or stuck in position with the sticky pad. This is a solidly made stainless steel dough hook with a highly polished finish and is much heavier than the white painted alloy one that comes with the machine. It fits perfectly, attaching firmly and securely into place. It looks smart and is more in keeping with the mixer than the white painted one, however the both work the same. An improvement on the original.

I make a lot of bread, mostly pizza dough, and the dough mixer that came with my Kitchen Aid stand mixer is starting to chip. I don't like seeing chipping on anything that I put into food, so I was excited to get this replacement. It does a great job and it can be put right into the dishwasher to be cleaned. No more worrying about handwashing. This is definitely an improvement - I love that it is stainless steel and there won't be any chipping away at the finish.

Il gancio per impasto è contenuto in un sacchetto di Pluriball all'interno di una scatola che riporta all’esterno le indicazioni sul montaggio.
Il gancio è compatibile con numerosi modelli di macchine Kitchen Aid che potremmo leggere sulla pagina esplicativa del prodotto.
E' completamente in acciaio inossidabile a differenza di quelli quelli originali che sono in acciaio ricoperto di vernice smaltata, inoltre è più pesante: grammi 278 rispetto a grammi 148 dell’originale, più spesso e con la punta più larga.

COSA NE PENSO

Uso quasi quotidianamente per impastare il pane, la mia macchina Kitchen Aid e, con il tempo e le cadute accidentali, il gancio per impasto originale è andato via via rovinandosi in quanto è in alluminio ricoperto di uno strato di vernice a smalto che si è staccata in alcuni punti.
La vernice a smalto è delicata e l'acciaio inox evita il problema.
L'ho sostituito con questo gancio che si è rivelato perfettamente compatibile e molto efficiente.
Ero indecisa sulla sua compatibilità, ma è perfetto, si aggancia al suo supporto e la rotazione non ha inceppamenti.
E' solido e pesante e non ha subito modifiche durante i lavaggi in lavastoviglie effettuati per provare poiché abitualmente lo faccio a mano.
Mi piace adoperarlo e l'impasto mi sembra avvenga anche in modo più rapido.

Wir haben unsere Kitchen Aid Classic schon über 15 Jahren und es war endlich mal Zeit einen Edelstahl Haken sich anzuschaffen. Der Haken ist aus 304 Edelstahl und somit hervorragend für den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln geeignet. Dieser Haken wird klassisch für Hefeteige genutzt.

Er ist sehr gut verarbeitet und passt ohne Neujustierung der Höhen-Justierschraube der Kitchen Aid direkt in meine Classic. Das Kupplungsstück des Edelstahlhaken ist besser ausgearbeitet als bei meinem Alu Druckgusshaken von Kitchen Aid.
Ich habe das Gefühl das durch die etwas breitere Ausgestaltung des Hakenendes der Knetvorgang schneller erfolgt. Dies läßt sich jedoch erst klar nach mehrfacher Nutzung sagen.

Ich bereite sehr oft Hefeteig zu. Deshalb halte ich die Werbeaussage das der Teig bei diesem Haken weniger klettert als bei andern Haken für falsch. Dies ist meiner Meinung hauptsächlich abhängig von der Füllhöhe der Schüssel und vor allem von der Konsistenz des Teiges.
Nur zur Klarstellung ich sah keinen Unterschied bei der Kletterneigung zwischen den Tanice Haken und dem Kitchen Aid Haken.

Es gibt nur einen wirklich schon zu vernachlässigenden Nachteil bei dem Haken. Beim Rührvorgang, vor allem wenn man beim Knetvorgang mit Mehl oder Zucker den Teig nachjustiert, kann sich oben auf den Haken deutlich mehr ablagern als bei meinem alten Kitchen Aid Haken.

Die Reinigung per Hand oder in der Spülmaschine ist sehr einfach.
