Fresh pasteurised Butter Milk (in the liquid form) will go through a further heat treatment and evaporation process prior to being spray-dried into a free-flowing powder. The Butter Milk Powder can used in any recipe where liquid butter milk would be used, for example bakery items: (Biscuits, Pancakes, Waffles, Cakes, Scones, Muffins and Rustic Breads), add to dips, sauces (Ranch Dressing), creamy soups, gravies to add a greater depth of flavour without thinning the food.
