    I cannot be without these, I've taken many multi-vitamins over the years, these are the ones where I actually feel a difference. I have been taking them for around a year now and have stopped being tired during the daytime and I sleep better at night. I would say to feel maximum difference it takes around a month, I did start gradually feeling better after a couple of days but the full effect was longer.

    If I stop taking them for a week or so, which I have done recently due a circumstance within my personal life, the overwhelming lethargy and brain fog comes back. Within a couple of days after recommencing them I notice a difference. I had forgot to review them as I wanted them to work for a while, and then forgot, it was only when I stopped taking them and noticed a drop in well-being I thought I should share my experience and hopefully they'll help someone else.

    I take three with a glass of water at night, I find by taking them at night I don't forget. They are easy to swallow, I can take all three at once, if you do have trouble swallowing tablets being capsule form you can empty the contents out and mix with some honey or a spoon of yoghurt or a bit of pineapple juice etc. It may seem expensive for a months supply but I promise they have done wonders for me and I'll keep on buying them, I'd rather pay more and have something that works.

    I’m very sensitive to synthetic ingredients and so therefore have to be very careful about what multivitamins I take. It’s especially important that I have a quality multivitamin to add to my diet as I’m anemic. I had the postnatal variety when I was pregnant as the ones I wanted were sold out. These turned out to be the better option and I haven’t looked back since. Now baby is 6 months old, o use this variety of multivitamins and they are superb! My skin is so clear and I have always been someone who suffered with blotchy and oily skin. There’s no nasty smell or after taste. These go down easy and digest well. Fully natural, as I did my research on the ingredients, I’ve had no side effects with my liver or kidneys, as I have done before with synthetic supplements. Ordered my 5th bottle and will continue to use these. The cheaper alternatives are cheap for a reason and some of the expensive natural ones are not as good as Terra Nova. Great company, always prompt with delivery so I’m never waiting long. Will continue to be a customer and support them. Give it a go you won’t be disappointed. Only thing I would add is if you have other medical issues, as I do, you may need to take an extra capsule or two to get your specific requirement. My only gripe is I wish there was a bigger bottle of this version as I take more than three capsules a day. Other than that 5/5 stars.
