Thorne Research's quality is fine and the ingredients are benign. One of the best or maybe the best you can buy.
If I could take only 1 type of supplement, it would be HCL. (it is the type of acid that your body naturally produces when you are young AND healthy. also called stomach acid)
It kind of saved my life. It cures a lot of problems by killing pathogens in your stomach (it is an acid after all), helps absorbing vitamins and more (the low PH helps), gives you a huge amount of energy boost.
Sleep to much? Try this! Everyone knows that food can make you sleepy when you don't sleep enough. When it happens, I just take a pill or two, and my tiredness diminishes in a few minutes. (Your stomach is freed up from the burden of making HCL which is a complicated process and needs a lots of energy)
