I’m currently taking to assist with inflammation and as an antioxidant.

Arrived promptly.
Minimal packaging, but safely packaged.
Nice professional packaging/label that add to the value of the product.
Clear instructions on how to administer/consume for daily dose allowance.
Value for money here given extract ingredients and potency, would say is the higher end of its kind on the market.
Would recomend this product amongst others, as believe it delivers on what it aims to, in less time than others currently online.

This is an ultra concentrated Milk Thistle providing a 50:1 concentrate and 80% Silymarin .

As you only need 1 capsule a day this is a 3 month supply providing good value.

I trust this brand as they seem to provide good quality supplements including third party lab testing which is important to highlight the purity of the ingredients.

Overall this provides a large and potent dose of high quality Milk Thistle.

This milk thistle capsules are exactly what I expected, and have the same effect as others I've used before.

They are decently large capsules, so you should be aware of that. I always prefer capsules to tablets, and don't have a problem with large ones, but I know many do. The capsules are transparent and you can see the extract powder inside.

I use these capsules often when I am feeling a bit nauseous. They tend to work most of the time. They may have other benefits, from what I've read (I know this has been well researched). In any case, they certainly don't do any harm!

Overall, these capsules are what they are described as (as far as I can tell) so I have no complaints.
