Let’s start by mentioning my slight criticism of this product: the overall quality of this product does feel quite inexpensive compared to other push-up boards. I would have also preferred it if this board clicked into place once it was flattened out on the floor as there is no ‘click’ to secure/lock it into place which I think is quite unstable.

However, I do appreciate the matching colour system on the board itself - it makes it easy to use for finding the specific positions to target a specific muscle group. For example, if you wanted to work on shoulders you would insert the handles into those holes that match the red colour, as that position on the board then would help you target the shoulder muscles specifically. You can feel the different muscle groups being used as you change position on this board. Also, this board can be folded up for ease of storage.

Therefore, I do recommend this item if you are looking for a good push-up board, especially as £12.99 (upon this review) is good value for money in my opinion.
