Product description
Title number 005 in the 101 Films Black Label range. From legendary director Walter Hill (The Warriors), Trespass is a pulsating neo-noir thriller, written by Back to the Future writers Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale and starring Bill Paxton (Aliens), William Sadler (The Shawshank Redemption), Ice-T (New Jack City) and Ice Cube (Boyz n the Hood).
While attending a blaze, two Arkansas firefighters, Don (Sadler) and Vince (Paxton), acquire a map identifying the whereabouts of a hoard of stolen gold hidden years earlier in an abandoned East St. Louis building. Unbeknown to the treasure hunters, the location lies within the territory of a ruthless gang, led by the notorious King James (Ice-T) and his lieutenant Savon (Ice Cube). While searching for the treasure, Vince witnesses the gang murder an enemy and inadvertently alerts the gangsters to his presence, leading to a tense standoff. As the gang call in reinforcements, the trespassers must use every means at their disposal if they're to escape with the treasure, and their lives.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 July 2024A tight little action thriller from Master Hill set against the backdrop of an abounded building area. As usually in a Hill movie you get tough guys blasting away at each other. Great 90’s entertainment and a great Bluray release from 101 films with english subs.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 May 2020This is a film i really wanted to see again so out (on the net i mean) i went for hunting the best blu ray release. Now, there are a few editions to choose from but how can i learn which one is best to enrich my humble collection with. The 101 black label limited edition stole my attention from start but the product comments for that release go extreme different directions. One reviewer says the transfer is great, one other throws the quality to peaces and is so angry about it he posts the same destructive review on bluraydotcom. I phoned a friend who bravely took the risk obtaining the 101 edition and he told me not to worry, go for it. So i did. Yesterday i enjoyed my copy and waauw, sorry unhappy guys but the video quality can compete with Criterion and the sound is brilliant. Ry Cooder's metallic snares burn with evil blues through your room and the angry public enemy gangsta rap fits perfect the evil expressing faces of Ice T and
Cube. Great original movie, Great sound and a Great 101 black label limited or maybe later standard release.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 August 2023Fantastic movie like a modern day Shakespeare play with betrayal greed and vengeance at the heart of the story. Ice T, ice cube and William Sadler, bill Paxton all give incredible performances it's a very underrated fantastic movie.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 November 2022This 90s thriller is a must-watch. The movie plot is not the average common gritty thriller. The high-pitched film score, however, takes some getting used to, but that is the 90s film score vibe that they did back then, it's not as bad to the point where it doesn't ruin the movie.
'Trespass' is one-to-watch once in a blue moon, it has suspense and is engrossing.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 August 2014Anything remotely hiphop, ice-t ice cube, for example iv'e been a fan of for over 20yrs, with the likes of 'judgement night', 'who's the man', 'mo money', 'juice', 'belly', 'bullet', (you get the idea) and this classic from 92 is no exception. 90's rap-icons ice-t and ice cube play (in true 90's style) gun-totting-gangsters who bump off a drug-related rival in an old abandoned warehouse somewhere in St. Louis only for the murder to be witnessed by Bill Paxton and William Sadler who are hunting for stolen/stashed gold in the same place. unlucky for them, so are ice-t and cube and so it begins for a 90's classic roller-coaster with (for me as a lover of the old-skool hip-hop) a belting soundtrack to accompany the movie....enjoy it time and again....
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 October 2011Two Arkansas firemen, Vince and Don, get hold of a map that leads to a cache of stolen gold in an abandoned factory in East St. Louis. What they don't know is that the factory is in the turf of a local gang, who come by to execute one of their enemies. Vince sees the shooting, the gang spots Vince, and extended mayhem ensues. As Vince and Don try to escape, gang leader King James argues with his subordinate Savon about how to get rid of the trespassers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Underrated
The film has a simple plot but still manages to drive up excitement. The game of cat and mouse is played out perfectly with the tone of the time. Good action and acting that still hold up decades later.

5.0 out of 5 stars Double Ice action
Ice T, Ice Cube and throw in Bill Paxton. Nonstop action, progressive storyline that has you waiting for the next turn and twist.
There is a reason this movie is on the Shout Select list of movies. A 1990's classic action thriller.
