I have been taking these for a month now, I've been waiting some time to write a review of these because i wanted to really get a good idea of them and how good they can actually be over a long period of time, it annoys me when people review tablets on the first day of taking them when really you should wait a while because some tablets depending on the quality can become less and less effective over time, and I’m happy to say that after a month of taking these they’re just as good as day one!

First of all ‘Turmeric Curcumin’ is not one thing, it's actually two, Turmeric AND Curcumin, these two tend to be used interchangeably which can make it quite confusing, Curcumin is actually a compound that is found in Turmeric which is a plant

Here is some information on Turmeric Curcumin and what makes this one so special, or in the case, platinum.

Turmeric and Curcumin are best known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial and work very well together.

They can also help regulate body fat, it won't slim you, but it will help a lot if you have eating disorders.

Another reason which makes these really good is that they are good at controlling diabetes, which is why i take them as it helps reduce my symptoms.

Now these tablets are a must if you suffer from any of these problems and this platinum series is so much better than their normal ones as they have 185x more bioavailability which basically means they’re stronger and your body absorbs them faster and better. Platinum is better than bronze!

Been using these just over a week and have been using the Nu U Turmeric capsules. I think they are better and worth the extra money but time will tell. Turmeric has made a massive difference to the pain in my hands and it appears that these will improve it further due to the additional impact of the curcumin. If it does I will change to 5 star...if it doesn't I will go back to Turmeric. Will update this review with my findings.

I have arthritis in my left hip, Thumbs and knees, and at this time of year my joints (especially my hip) have been quite painful at times. I had been put on a painkiller by my GP for severe arthritis in my hip but didn't like the thought of the possible side effects over time. Before I started treatment my pain was almost continual and fairly severe. I thought I would try the Liquid Curcumin from Nuunutrition as not much to lose and wanted to stop the painkillers if possible. I have previously bought Vitamin D and Magnesium from Nuunutrition and found them to be excellent.
6 days in I have the occasional minor ache in my hip when getting up but the pain has gone and no painkillers needed. My sister tells me she also takes Curcumin successfully for a similar problem but not this brand.
I am really pleased to be able to use a natural products rather than pharmaceuticals and this has certainly worked for me. The capsules are easy to take and tasteless.

I started taking this supplement because my fingers were starting to ache and click. And when I say click I mean an audible clicking like clicking fingernails. I read how curcumin could help with achey joints, so I brought a powdered capsules from ��غ�� which gave a bit of relief but the clicks were still there. I then did a bit more research and learnt how liquid curcumin is often better absorbed by the body as it's more bioavailable. I must say that this oil version made some difference to the aches and clicks but not so much that I wanted to re-order. I then found another brand on ��غ�� with more curcumin per capsule that are even more effective.

Dopo due anni di utilizzo ho dovuto sospendere il prodotto per cause di forza maggiore e dopo una settimana i problemi infiammatori del passato si sono ripresentati.
Sono felice di poter riprendere l'utilizzo da oggi.

Passo da 4 a 5 stelle, utilizzo questo prodotto da più di un anno con regolarità, è l'unico integratore di cui ho potuto riscontrare un effetto tangibile sul mio eczema e su altri problemi della pelle.
