Is it better to take it on an empty stomach, with food or after eating?

We recommend taking it on an empty stomach, before meals (at least half an hour before), or more than 3 hours after you have eaten to increase its absorption. It is important to bear in mind that if you take it before going to bed.

What is the recommended dosage?

The usual dosage for turmeric extracts is 200-400mg per day, however, there is no official recommended dosage. Our capsules contain 300 mg of extract, along with 100 mg of turmeric powder.

How much tumeric and curcuminoids does each capsule contain?

Each capsule contains 300 mg of Turmeric root extract with a 20:1 concentration, which provides 95% curcuminoids and 80% curcumin.
