A 'blingy' looking set of scales, the gold colour certainly makes it stand out from the rest.

It's basically of an all-plastic construction, apart from the important bits of course. It actually performs very well, and the readings given with these scales are pretty much bang-on with a set I use (and check) on a regular basis, so thumbs-up for that.

Not sure I'm sold on the gold colour theme in all honesty, but whatever floats your boat I suppose.
The fact that they work well, and show no obvious errors/quirks in my tests with them means I would be happy to use them if my other set wasn't immediately to hand.

On a quality/value-for-money basis... 4-Stars.

When it comes to selling jewellery, precision is key. That’s where this very blingy scale has truly shined in more ways than one. Its high precision sensors provide quick and accurate readings, crucial for pricing my items competitively for 'Buy it Now' sales and allows the bidders to know the exact weight of the item they're bidding on in my auction sales.

The scale’s compact size is perfect for my flea-market purchases too. It fits easily in my pocket, allowing me to conduct business from anywhere. its portability has been really useful, especially when I'm sourcing new items.

This scale appears to be targeted to a particular audience (!), but I got primarily for copper and silversmithing, for which it works well. The little weighing pan is very useful for holding grains/balls of silver without them rolling off the plate.
As far as I can determine, they're accurate, certainly enough for my use - where a fraction of a gram isn't critical, given the price of silver. If I were working with gold or platinum, I'd likely be using a much fancier and more expensive set, as the smallest variance would make much more of a difference in base cost of an item.
I rather like the blingy gold, and this looks much more attractive in situations where I might be needing to weigh items at a stall.

Super easy to use, comes with 2x AAA batteries. Press ON and it works. Weight display is backlit and easy to read.

With the supplied container, you need to pop that on and press Tare and it will re-set to zero weight to discount for the weight of the bowl.

This unit has a clasp to keep closed and dust free. Design is slick and easy to clean. Helpful instructions are in the lid.

Il est possible que l’esthétique l’emporte sur la précision. Elle est petite et légère mais bancale sur ma table. J’ai effectué la calibration en suivant les instructions du manuel utilisateur. Sa température était stabilisée avec celle de la pièce ou j’ai fait les photographies. Et pourtant en pesant le même objet plusieurs fois de suite, les résultats ne sont jamais identiques.

Après la séance photo, j’ai refait des mesures avec des objets plus légers. Les écarts sont moindres mais les valeurs presque jamais identiques��: il y a toujours 2 ou 3 mg de différence. Ce n’est pas rédhibitoire mais il ne faut pas compter sur une précision à 1 mg mais probablement à 5 mg. Et comme je n’ai pas de balance de référence, je n’ai pu observer que des variations en valeurs relatives. Elle a aussi une forte sensibilité à la position de l’objet sur son plateau. Il vaut mieux que l’objet à peser soit bien centré

Afin de ne pas être ingrat envers un produit si peu cher dans sa catégorie, je dirais que ce n’est pas si mal si vous n’avez pas besoin de la précision prétendue et que vous n’êtes pas gêné par l’aspect clinquant de l’objet.

Sa température était stabilisée avec celle de la pièce ou j’ai fait les photographies. Et pourtant en pesant le même objet plusieurs fois de suite, les résultats ne sont jamais identiques.

Après la séance photo, j’ai refait des mesures avec des objets plus légers. Les écarts sont moindres mais les valeurs presque jamais identiques��: il y a toujours 2 ou 3 mg de différence. Ce n’est pas rédhibitoire mais il ne faut pas compter sur une précision à 1 mg mais probablement à 5 mg. Et comme je n’ai pas de balance de référence, je n’ai pu observer que des variations en valeurs relatives. Elle a aussi une forte sensibilité à la position de l’objet sur son plateau. Il vaut mieux que l’objet à peser soit bien centré

Afin de ne pas être ingrat envers un produit si peu cher dans sa catégorie, je dirais que ce n’est pas si mal si vous n’avez pas besoin de la précision prétendue et que vous n’êtes pas gêné par l’aspect clinquant de l’objet.
