not sure it was gonna be compatible with my Miranda Titan TP20 tripod and so you know, it wasen't quite, the tripid has a curve and is ever so slightly smaller, however a small amount of filing the edges got it and it works fantastically now ;)

So, for anyone wanting it for the miranda titan tp20, go for it its a very easy bit of filing, about 1mm and a small curve, if you absolutely dont know how to use a file, well it might not be for you :P
