2023 sees the 50th anniversary of what is widely regarded as Thin Lizzy's breakthrough album 'Vagabonds Of The Western World' featuring their first UK top ten single 'Whiskey In The Jar' and 'The Rocker' which would go on to be one of the band's signature tunes, so much so that it was the last song they ever performed at their final show in 1983. To celebrate the album's golden anniversary, the Blu ray formats feature for the fIrst time Atmos mixes.

    I have quite a bit of Thin Lizzy music, but never this album. And that is a big mistake. The music is excellent and the sound quality extreme.
    And that leads me to the absolute biggest track on the disc, Whiskey in The Jar. Set the sound to Dolby Atmos and you hear the angels sing. There are so many new details on the track that you have never heard before. It's so big. So for this number alone, the price of the disc is worth it. BUY IT!!
