I found this supplement helped my partner fall asleep from the day he started taking it. He said to me it knocked him out. It was hard to believe as he was always so restless and he didn't find it easy to fall asleep. So I tried it myself as well to see what it does for me. It truly does work. When I took this supplement I would fall asleep much quicker than I normally would (although I don't normally struggle with sleep). When it comes to staying asleep it may take more than a few days for this supplement to work. I think it really depends on an individual and their stress levels but it's definitely worth trying and seeing what it can do for you.
