I bought this to replace my previous one, which lasted 3 1/2 years of 6 day a week use. The new one is a LOT quieter, but also feels less powerful.
I've had MS for 24 years and doing a daily workout has kept me out of a wheelchair. Using the vibration plate has really helped my balance, and I missed it for the few days between my old one dying and the new one being delivered.
There are 2 things which would be great additions. A pause button, because someone always wants to speak to me or ask me to do something while I'm using it and also a way of locking the keypad. One of my dogs loves to stand on it with me (don't ask why - she's terrified of everything else!) but she likes to walk off and always touches whichever buttons turn it off. And she knows EXACTLY what she's doing!

This is a very big and heavy machine so make sure you have space for it Lots of power in it and the elasticity bands are good to help work out I got this to help with my parents blood circulation problem as well as to help shake off my few extra pounds My father is able to sit on it and it helps his blood circulation the remote is great feature to help stop it quickly Also another point is you can pair up mobile music if you want to help you through the workout.

First thing that surprised me is the weight and shifting it around is a chore.
The operation of it is straight forward and to be honest I thought it would have more on it but that is a minor gripe. Having never used one of these before I was disappointed in the exercise chart that came with it. I wanted more in depth with the information on targeted exercise like weight loss for example. Don't let the books fool you, there is just a few pages in English. The food book was interesting but then for someone like me who doesn't like Poultry, cooked cheese, avocado there wasn't a great choice but it was most welcome to have as you could substitute foods you didn't like for those you did, Pork for chicken for example.
It is to early to tell if it is a good buy, only had a day, but from what I had seen so far it looks promising.

I’d only had the machine 2 years when it started making horrible crunching noises. I spoke directly with Bluefin and asked them about having the machine repaired but they informed me they don’t do repairs. £300 plus wasted on this useless piece of kit.

however, it is not a powerful machine - after using power plate at the gym for 10 mins at low intensity (since im a beginner) I was totally sore a day after. however I felt nothing after using this machine.
the booklets are very poor quality and in my view simply useless - a few silly recipes and a few basic exercises, poorly translated from German I suppose.
also - I felt very sick after using this machine. and incredibly dizzy for the rest of the day. I don't know if it's something to do with my health (I don't have any known health conditions), or the machine, but I didn't have it after power plate at the gym. having said that im new to vibration plate so maybe it's just one of the movements this particular plate makes that my body doesn't like.
also note if you want to return this item you cover the cost. the seller refund around 4.5 - and having just arranged a return with parcel force I can confirm the total cost is 35 quid.

Whenever I don't FEEL like working out, I stand on this and it works me out. I always feel better afterward!
I really love this vibration plate...the ONLY downside I have found is the cord is really temperamental. If I barely touch it, the machine shuts off. I accidentally touch it mostly when I'm sitting on the plate and my foot moves a little and touches the cord. (I'm not sure how to make it more secure) -- Then I have to start the program over. It's not a big deal...it just means I get more minutes in as long as I keep going. To me it is addictive and really works muscles out that I didn't even know I had! I love the programs. Oh...one more downside: the watch didn't work for me. I pulled the contact paper out so the battery would engage, but it doesn't connect...not sure what I'm doing wrong. Even with that, I STILL RECOMMEND THIS PLATE! I had one that had handle bars on it, but I felt like they impeded my ability to perform all types of exercises. Oh, also, it's nice to have a bluetooth speaker that connects to my phone to play music or audio for videos I'm watching while wiggling. (yes, you will wiggle in ways you never thought possible!!!)
Very cool machine!
If I ever have to buy another, I'll look at replacing with this one.

E così spedisco il pacco (100€). Dopo circa 3 settimane me lo sostituiscono con un'altra pedana...
Usata, sì, vibra, ma anche troppo. Sulla sx forse qualcosa non è ben avviato e fa rumore, anche il led sfarfalla lì... E lo devo sempre staccare, perché fa rumore, si sente il ronzio della tensione elettrica...
Insomma, benino, ma non benissimo. Il mio lo tenevo come una reliquia per quanto era costato, non avevo tolto neanche la pellicola del display... Sob...
Non posso neanche chiedere assistenza, perché mi è scaduta nel mentre che era via... 😑
