I use this fan with my indoor cycling trainer and it works well. Bought it to replace a household fan I had been using with the bike. Use it connected to my heart rate monitor and again it works well - the harder I am trying the stronger the fan blows. I have the fan on the floor blowing upwards which meant I needed to move my exercise stand (which is where my laptop sits running the exercise app) back a little further from the bike but nothing excessive.
There is not much breeze at low heart rates (<75% of max heart rate) but above this level it provides a strong breeze which keeps me quite cool. Overall, very happy with it.
