When I opened it, I was surprised at how light it was and realised that it was made from rigid plastic rather than metal. So I don't think that it will be as rugged as my older one. But unless it gets run over by a bus or something like that, that shouldn't be too much of an issue. The light weight is actually a bonus for travel and I really like that each compartment can actually hold 2 micro SD cards AND an SD card on top!

A safe storage for the ever-increasing number of SD Cards we all seem to accumulate nowadays. Sturdy tough plastic case, which does feel a bit plasticy, but looks like it will give more than adequate protection. Can be a bit fiddly to get the cards in and out, it's a snug fit, but then again, I think you need this to prevent the cards from coming loose, so I'm not complaining, I just need to grow my finger nails! Only thing that does concern me is the clasp shutting and if it will last, it feels a bit stiff, but time will tell and so far I am happy with the product and if I needed more, would happily order again.

I never know what to expect with these kind of purchase but I was pleasantly surprised with this little case. It was a little smaller than I thought but actually perfect. It's basically the size of my whole hand. The plastic is sturdy and hard and does not feel cheap. It locks very well and the cards fit snug in the foam insert. There is a rubber seal around which seems to make it water (proof/resistant) but they say it's removable and it is, personally I would rather see it glued on there because I think it just ads a layer of protection.

Inside the layout is great and well thought of to make use of the space by putting the micro sized cards under the SD. Sure you have to pull the SD out to get to it but mostly in my case when using a micro sized card I have an adapter to make it SD size. Now I can store both safely together.

I give it a solid 5 stars and would recommend.
