After using this for the first time, I was a little unsure as to how good it was but having used it more now and knowing what to expect I'm very satisfied.

If you are looking for something to produce a showroom quality deep shine, then this may disappoint you a little and you may want to use a dedicated, thick polishing wax.

Similarly if you are looking for the best liquid wax polish, then my personal experience is that Meguiars Liquid Wax is probably better - however it is also a lot more expensive.

If on the other hand you want a quick, easy to use product that will give your car a good shine as well as protect it, then this is a good choice. It goes on very easily with the pump dispenser, although I found it to be more a squirt rather than a spray. It is also quite strong so be careful when using it else you will end up with product going much further than you intend.

It rubs in very easily on both a damp or dry surface. It does live up to its description in that it does wash the car at the same time, so unless you have deep caked on mud, then you will save a massive amount of time and effort in not having to wash the car first - just squirt and rub. I have found that the best results come from leaving it on the body panels for a period of time before buffing the surface, rather than just rubbing it off straight away. After rubbing off, the car surface is noticeably smoother to touch, although not as much as if you used a dedicated thicker wax.

Given that you get a 5 litre refill included, this product is great value. I think it is best used as a product to used regularly on a car in order to keep it clean and polished, rather than one to try and resurrect a showroom polish after 6 months of not washing it.

Overall it does a great job of cleaning. It's been around 6 weeks since my last car wash so I tried this today right after it stopped raining (figured it'd make it easier to clean the top of my car, as that area was covered in grime and dirt).

The rain on my car made the stuff much more runny but I don't think it mattered. It still cleaned my car well, though the top still feels rough, but this'll need proper cleaning with something stronger. I just sprayed the wash everywhere and all the dirt wiped off smoothly. Took me around 30 minutes to do the entire car (body, wheels and all windows). I used around 300ml (used too much as I was using this for the first time). I can even feel the layer of wax; I just hope it's not too thick.
Using this stuff on the windows was a mistake though, due to the wax. I used some glass cleaner to shine the windows afterwards.

If you wash your car more often, every 2-4 weeks, you can probably do the full car with less than 200ml. In effect, this means you can wash/wax a mid-size car up to 30 times and it's cheaper than any car wash (they'd charge at least £20 for a wash and wax).

Just note the product picture isn't accurate; the 1L bottle I recieved is the new one containing the extra 10% carnauba but the 5L bottle is the old one without the increased carnauba content. I considered taking off a star but this stuff is really good and it'll probably save me £150 by the time I run out (as I always [used to] go to hand car washes).

Is does take longer that using water, but I feel it gives a better finish.
