The video doorbell uses CLOUDOT/CloudEdge App which is compatible with iOS, Android system.

2. Does the wifi doorbell support 5Ghz?

No. Only support 2.4Ghz wifi router. If you mean mobile phone network, then yes. After setup the doorbell camera with 2.4Ghz wifi router, you can use mobile data or any wifi to view the video doorbell via app.

3. Can I share my doorbell with family using the app?

Yes, please enter the CLOUDOT/CloudEdge APP to click "Device Share--Add-- San AR Code/enter account".

4. Can I view the live feed when I am not at home?

Yes wireless wifi doorbell camera support remote access. As long as you have network ( wifi or mobile data ) switched on you can view the live feed from the App wherever you are.

5. Do I pay fee monthly?

No, this doorbell supports Cloud/TF card storage. The doorbell is purchased no monthly fee, Only needs a TF card(Not Included).
