Product Description

XTU J7 video doorbell camera is adopted an all-glass lens with HDR and distortion correction, which present you 2K full HD live video or playback video and 166° wider viewing. Equipped with IR sensor and LED, day or night, rain or shine, the camera can automatically switch the light to ensure you a crystal view.

The wireless doorbell camera supports up to 128GB Micro SD card local storage (not included) and cloud storage (free 6 seconds per recording, 7-day recording loop). When the storage space is exceeded, the original videos will be automatically overwrite the previous file to record in a loop.

When detects the motion, the video doorbell will rapidly wake up and push alert notifications to your phone. You will not miss any key picture in front of the door. Video doorbell built-in microphone and speaker, two-way audio makes you can see, hear and speak directly via APP CloudEdge when there are visitors. a pre-recorded 30-second voice message to quickly respond for easy convenience.

Overall this smart doorbell is easy to set up, has decent video quality and not bad free features. Don't expect the world but for the price it definitely does the job well. I have been using the doorbell now for about 2 weeks and it has performed well though a variety of weather conditions. Battery seems OK but might only last 1-3 months depending on usage and weather. Features such as motion detection can be adjusted for a variety of senerios, photo snapshots of visitors, good chime which is loud enough to hear and Video quality is good for the price. You can also set up family very easily took me 5 mins. The doorbell housing and plastic casing seem robust not a high end finish but it does look good and should last. I would buy it again especially for the price.

This video doorbell is very easy to install. It took a couple minutes. Connecting it to my Alexa screens was a little bit problematic, but the issue was it must be registered to the same email address as the Alexa account owner. Once that was done it worked great.

Quality of the image is fab and the audio isn't bad either. The app is easy to use and has several good features. I am still trying to figure out some but it easily does the job.

Battery life is good, but you have to really amend the sensitivity. Mine is very near footpath and was going off all the time. In the first day it went down 20%, also because I was playing with it some much. However, after adjusting it has lasted a month and still has 18% left.

A slightly annoying this is it does start to capture a little late. 2 seconds earlier would be better, but no matter what I do it just seems to activate too late. But don't let this put you off because it is still good, and offers added security to your house. I was able to check our cat sitter arriving and leaving while we were on holiday.

For the price it's fab and I'm not sure you would get too much better unless you spend alot more.

Ordered the XTU J7 video doorbell this weekend and got it next day with Prime.

Nice sleek unit that isn't too bulky (something I particularly wanted) with an excellent instruction manual written in good English.
The battery came half charged and took around 3 hours to get it to full (probably less as I wasn't watching it). Video quality is excellent with automatic change-over to monochrome in low light but even then this is really low light before you lose the colour video. Audio is also good in both directions with a small delay but I think it's more than acceptable. Notification to the app is also pretty fast, maybe a couple of seconds or so.

Setup through the app is straightforward and pretty painless, just scanning the QR code on the back of the doorbell and waiting for it to connect to your WiFi network (2.4GHz). Easy to share access to the doorbell with the other members of my family so we all get alerts on our phones.

Registering for the extended warranty was a breeze by just scanning the QR code in the manual. I was extremely surprised to get a really nice email from XTU Support just a few hours later confirming the warranty extension and offering me a free add-on to say Thank You!

Really great service so far.

My XTU Battery-Powered Doorbell Camera arrived quickly, and the set-up of the CloudEdge app on my phone and link to the unit was easy. When I had trouble enabling the Intercom, I contacted Customer Support who provided timely assistance to help me find the setting I needed. I am pleased with the operation of the camera, the doorbell, and the chime. The unit is holding its charge well, the camera takes very clear pictures, and the chime is pleasant. Unlike a previous security camera I tried, this one does not pick up movements of trees in the wind and give a series of annoying alerts. I can select humanoid detection, its sensitivity and its alarm area. It offers a nice range of features, such as Micro SD card, options for the chime and the intercom voice, and an easy to use History with videos. I would recommend this product!

Ben benieuwd hoelang de batterij meegaat.
1min punt is dat de camera bel niet blijft zitten in de houder/kap heb de plakkers maar gebruik die er bij zaten.
Voor de rest prima aankoop tot nu.
