I was hesitant to buy a Xiaomi TV Box�� due to some negative comments from some users on websites such as YouTube or Reddit, but I ignored that and bought the device. After using it for a week, the device keeps crushing and bugging software, and when I open the TV and the device, I have to press settings every time in order to connect the device to the Internet, and this is extremely boring. In addition, every time I connect the device to an external hard drive, I have to disconnect the hard drive and reinsert it again in the USB socket, in addition to many technical problems when using some simple applications.

The positive thing is that the electrical plug was compatible with the English system, unlike some people who received a European electrical plug, and the picture and streaming are good, but in general, the experience is very bad and not good.
